My latest piece in pen and ink ..Thousands of dots went into producing this stippled portrait of my 1st cousin, working from a faded small photo I was able nevertheless to capture a good likeness. inspired by my daughter researching our family tree. James is a descendant of Owen Cavanough arriving aboard the ship Sirius 1st fleet. Not quite finished I have more work to do on the blacks especially the coat.
